ART. 3 – Training Project

The IPE Colleges aim to develop transversal skills through the promotion of various initiatives. The IPE Academy promotes a series of specialist and interdisciplinary activities aimed not only at consolidating specific academic preparation but also at developing solid and transversal cultural knowledge: cultural in-depth activities through thematic workshops, public training activities speakingproblem solving and team working, etc.

Pursuant to what is expressly provided for in the art. 4 of Ministerial Decree 673/2016, each student signs an annual training project shared with the management which aims to enhance their potential and skills.

The implementation of the Training Project contributes to characterizing the experience in an IPE College as a moment of overall personal growth which occurs through the creation of authentic bonds, dialogue, listening and discussion between students and with members of the Management. The implementation of the Training Project, therefore, requires a continuous and active presence in the life of the College on the part of the student who undertakes to carry it out.

Participation in training activities for a minimum of 70 hours per academic year is mandatory for students enrolled in three-year degree courses or in the first three years of a single-cycle degree. Students enrolled in master’s degree courses or enrolled in years subsequent to the third year of single-cycle degree courses are obliged to follow at least 25 hours of training activities per academic year.

The student undertakes to complete at least 50% of the training hours through in-person activities.

The activities are planned by the IPE Academy, by the individual College and by other Colleges, subject to approval by the Conference of University Colleges of Merit.

ART. 4 – Students ASIRID

The Poggiolevante College also hosts students participating in the ASIRID project, the International Residential High School for Digital Innovators.

ART. 8 – Renunciation of staying in the College

Early and voluntary renunciation of staying in the College entails the obligation to pay an amount equal to three instalments.

An exception is made in cases where the renunciation is determined by serious and proven needs (for example: health reasons, prior agreements in view of public competitions, failure to be assigned a university location). In such situations the College Management, in agreement with the IPE, reserves the right to evaluate individual cases in order to reach a fair resolution.

ART. 9 – Renewal

The renewal, subject to verification of the necessary requirements established in the art. 13 of the competition notice for admission to the IPE 2024/25 University Colleges of Merit, is decided at the sole discretion of the Management following a personal interview. Feedback on the renewal request will be given to the student via email by 15 July 2025.

Any changes to the contractual conditions will be arranged by means of an apostille attached to this contract.
